An Operators’ Anti-mafia Register is kept by the Mission Structure to prevent infiltration by organised crime in reconstruction projects in the areas of central Italy affected by earthquakes in compliance with article 30 of Legislative Decree 189 dated 17 October 2016.
All economic operators wishing to take an active part, in whatever role, in public and private reconstruction works in the municipalities and districts affected by the earthquake must be registered, on request, in the Operators’ Anti-mafia Register, following the successful outcome of official checks and verification, in compliance with article 90 and other articles of Legislative Decree 159 dated 2011, regardless of the value of the contract or subcontract.
