The CIAB Code of Ethics outlines the set of values, rights and duties for all those working in the name of or on behalf of the cooperative (shareholders, employees, suppliers and external contractors). It is therefore an effective tool to prevent criminal or socially irresponsible conduct in compliance with Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001.
